Rockstar is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist for our client's team to support a growing rehabilitation clinic network based in the Mountain Time Zone. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in supporting clinical and administrative operations—ensuring smooth, timely, and compassionate service to patients and families.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone experienced in insurance verification, prior authorizations, and claims support. The VA will work across multiple clinics, collaborating with in-person staff to reduce workload and improve efficiency.

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits (Availity, UHC, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Railroad, regional payers)
• Assist with re-verifications during year-end periods
• Support claims follow-up and calls to insurance providers (future phase)
• Assist with intake data as needed
• Support PCCs in insurance-related workflows

• Collaborate with PCCs and admin staff for smooth workflow
• Attend PCC-related meetings and contribute to discussions

• Maintain accurate insurance and authorization records
• Use clinic-provided email domain for secure portal access

• At least 1 year of experience in medical admin support or VA work
• Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Comfortable working Mountain Time Zone business hours
