Payroll Administrative Coordinator | Part-Time | Temporary Newport Restaurant Group — Warwick, RI $20–$25/hour | 20–24 hours per week Newport Restaurant Group is looking for a detail-oriented part-time Payroll Administrative Coordinator to support our Payroll team through April 2027.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an organized, behind-the-scenes support role and wants to gain or build on experience in administrative tasks and compliance within a dynamic hospitality environment.

What You'll DoReview orientation action forms for accuracy and completeness

Ensure that manager and employee checklists are completed within our HRISReview I-9 documentation for compliance and assign corrections as needed

Compile and distribute weekly compliance data on a deadline-driven schedule

Support the Payroll team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Schedule & Compensation $20–$25 per hour based on experience
20–24 hours per week

Must be available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

This is an in-person role based at our Home Office in Warwick, RIThis is a temporary position running through April 2027

What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

Intermediate proficiency with HCM systems and Excel Prior payroll or HR experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on our systems

Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule once established
