We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Travel Scheduler to help coordinate reservations, schedules, and trip details for clients. If you enjoy keeping things organized, working with people, and making sure the details come together smoothly, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:- Coordinate travel schedules and reservation details
- Assist with booking accommodations, activities, and transportation
- Organize itineraries and keep client information updated
- Communicate with clients regarding schedules and preferences
- Review trip details for accuracy and completeness
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- No prior travel experience required
