Loan Documentation Specialist

Could your document-review skills help keep lending decisions moving? As a full-time, fully remote Ohio team member, you will assemble and validate loan packages so lending teams can advance complete, well-documented files.

• Review applications, disclosures, income records, and collateral documents for completeness.
• Maintain electronic loan files; log missing items, conditions, and receipt dates.
• Compare borrower and property details across applications, credit reports, and supporting records.
• Coordinate document requests and file updates with loan officers, underwriters, and closing partners.
• Prepare complete packages for underwriting review and flag expired or inconsistent documents.

• Experience with loan files, financial records, or controlled document workflows.
• Familiarity with applications, disclosures, income documents, and verification steps.
• Ability to identify missing, conflicting, or outdated file information.
• Comfort with document-management systems, spreadsheets, and secure file-sharing tools.
• Clear written follow-up for document requests and file notes.
• Ability to manage active files against turnaround targets.
