Key Responsibilities:As a Data Entry Assistant, you will:

Input Data Accurately:
Enter large amounts of data into internal databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.

Maintain Data Integrity:
Regularly verify, update, and clean data to ensure consistency and prevent errors.

Assist with Data Analysis:
Collaborate with other teams to compile data reports and assist in preparing datasets for analysis.

Support AI and Product Teams:
Provide data support for AI tools and product development teams to ensure smooth workflow integration.

Organize and Categorize Data:
Help structure, categorize, and organize data for easy access and retrieval.

Create Documentation:
Assist in documenting processes related to data entry and data handling best practices.

Assist in Data Quality Control:
Help implement data quality checks and procedures to ensure the highest level of data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data entry tools.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with AI tools or interest in technology and innovation in media is a plus.

A bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.

Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or any role involving data management is a plus.
