Healthcare Booking Clerk MEDITECH

Use MEDITECH and MS Office skills as a Booking Clerk serving clients onsite in a healthcare institution or clinic. English communication is required.

This Booking Clerk position requires two to less than three years of experience and secondary school graduation or equivalent experience. You will greet people, provide information, process service details, and maintain accurate records. The work is performed at the physical location without remote work.

• Greet people and direct them to appropriate service areas
• Provide basic information to clients and the public
• Process customer service information and maintain work logs
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages
• Perform data entry and clerical filing duties

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Two to less than three years of experience
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of MEDITECH and Microsoft Office applications
• Criminal record check required
