Brightbridge Assist is looking for an organized, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support one or two senior executives. You’ll keep their days running smoothly so they can focus on growing their business.
What you’ll do- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and schedule meetings
- Triage and respond to email on the executive’s behalf
- Book travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting notes
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal team members
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items and keep tasks moving
- 2+ years of experience as an executive, administrative or virtual assistant
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoom
- Highly organized, discreet and able to handle confidential information
- Reliable home office with high-speed internet
- Fully remote position
- Paid training and ongoing support
- Consistent weekly hours with one dedicated client team
