WFH Data Entry Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to help maintain accurate records and keep our daily operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, comfortable using computers, and enjoy working with data, we’d love to hear from you!

• Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and spreadsheets.

• Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.

• Organize digital files and maintain confidential business records.

• Verify information from various sources and keep records up to date.

• Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect information.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

• Good typing, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
