Remote Production Support Coordinator

Coordinate production support remotely for Everton Ridge Homes using CRM discipline, document control, and clear written communication. Pacific Time overlap is preferred for global applicants.

This full-time contractor supports leadership and production teams across sales, pre-construction, estimating, and project management. The work improves organization, responsiveness, and execution consistency through Hub Spot, Buildertrend, cloud systems, and communication workflows. Residential construction experience is preferred.

• Organize inboxes and flag urgent communications daily
• Schedule meetings, reminders, and weekly look-ahead reviews
• Maintain leads and follow-ups in Hub Spot and Buildertrend
• Control drawing revisions and organize technical files
• Document workflows and maintain an SOP library

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience with Hub Spot, Buildertrend, or similar CRMs
• Comfort managing priorities independently in cloud systems
• Ability to overlap Pacific Time business hours preferred
