Honor Bridge is seeking a Referral Allocation Coordinator to manage organ referrals, coordinate allocation, and support donor case progression across our NC service area. The role combines clinical knowledge with strong communication to ensure timely donations.
This night-shift, mostly remote position requires NC residency, three 12-hour shifts per week, and on-call coverage including weekends and holidays. Travel to offices may be required for meetings and training.
