We are currently seeking a part-time Data Entry Assistant to join our team in Decatur, Illinois
. This is a hybrid position requiring 20 hours per week, offering a combination of on-site and remote work.

Reporting to the Foundry Technical Supervisor, the Data Entry Assistant is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies as required.
• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Generate reports and retrieve information from databases as requested.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure information integrity and consistency.
• Respond to inquiries related to data records and documentation.
• Assist with filing, scanning, document management, and other administrative duties.
• Adhere to Nortrak’s Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma required (college coursework preferred).
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience working with ERP systems, databases, or data management software is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
