Virtual Assistant; Fully Remote

• Answer calls, emails, and website inquiries; log new leads and book in-home assessments.
• Build and update caregiver schedules; fill call-offs and confirm visits with clients.
• Track caregiver onboarding paperwork, background checks, training, and certifications.

Requirements:

• 1+ year as a virtual assistant, receptionist, or admin, ideally in home care or healthcare.
• Fluent, friendly English; comfortable on the phone with seniors and families.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to handle last-minute changes.

Compensation:

• Salary range $1,200 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• Full-time contract through a payroll platform; remote work allocated at our client.
• Process includes application review, screening, client profile review, and interview.
