It also reaches into wider operations work like company meeting slides and contract and CRM upkeep. A strong candidate has at least five years supporting top executives in fast-changing settings, can anticipate what is needed without being asked, and finishes work on their own.

Comfort with remote work and Pacific time overlap is expected.

AI tools can now draft briefings, sort inboxes, summarize documents, and speed up scheduling and travel planning, so the posting expects heavy, skilled use of them. What stays human is judgment about what matters to the CEO, how to handle sensitive requests from media or shareholders, and the trust that comes from reliably getting things done.
