LocationRemote work, location of your choice. Laptop, webcam, microphone and internet connection required. Remote connection to head office is required.
TasksGeneral admin & related works. Basic accounts and bookkeeping. Website updates, entering products and services.
Typical tasks- Bookkeeping [40% Estimated]
- Admin [20% Estimated]
- General Admin and Clerical [40% Estimated]
- Website Page Updates, Copywriting
Mon-Fri AEST 8am to 4pm, or, New Dehli Time 6:30am to 2:30pm. Sat-Sun work negotiable. Work from home.
Basic Requirements- Can handle overnight hours
- Excellent English Skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, honest, hardworking, responsible, and able to work autonomously
- Touch Typing
- Excellent understanding of I.T. in general
- Always improving your skills
- Work with Gmail, Google calendar and Microsoft Office.
- Work with Intuit Quickbooks Online.
Typically 7.5 hours per day for 5 days a week. New Dehli Time 6:30am to 2:30pm.
