[Medical Scheduler / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Hourly Pay / Friday 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Saturday 9:00 pm to 3:00 am, Sunday 9:00 pm to 3:00 am MST - As a Scheduling Coordinator at CareXM, you will:
Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for healthcare providers to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction;
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to confirm and adjust appointments as needed;
Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments and follow up on any changes or cancellations;
Utilize company software to update and track scheduling information in real-time;
Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism;
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care transitions and support operational needs;
