Turf Sample Order Coordinator

Coordinate customer sample requests from entry through dispatch.

Remote role supporting Turf Casa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.

-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

• Record requested samples and verify mailing details.
• Send complete sample requests to the on-site team responsible for preparation.
• Track dispatch updates and follow up on missing information or customer questions.

Accurate order details and dependable follow-through. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
• Part-time employees: prorated paid time off.

• Schedules provided two weeks in advance where practical.
• A pay review after 90 days; a raise is not guaranteed.
