Office Administrator/ Coordinator
At Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay, every family stays completely free of charge so they can focus on what matters most - being close to their child during medical care. Making that possible requires strong relationships with donors, community partners, volunteers, and supporters who believe in our mission.
The Development Coordinator plays a critical role in helping turn generosity into meaningful support for families by providing administrative and operational support to the Development Team. This position helps ensure gifts are processed accurately, donor information is maintained with care, stewardship is completed in a timely and thoughtful way, and events are supported smoothly. It is ideal for someone who understands that strong data entry, organized follow-up, and thoughtful donor support do more than keep development work moving - they support Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay's mission to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.
Since 1980, Ronald McDonald House Tampa Bay has helped improve the health and well-being of children and their families by providing a place to stay for families with children receiving medical treatment at Tampa Bay hospitals and outpatient centers. Today, with five Ronald McDonald Houses across Tampa Bay, including three in St. Petersburg and two in Tampa, this work helps keep our doors open and our services free for every family who needs us.
