• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
• Review information for accuracy and correct any errors.
• Organize and maintain digital files and records.
• Verify data and ensure confidentiality at all times.

  Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies when needed.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
