Remote Administration Operations Associate

Support EAPO’s CEO and operations remotely through governance coordination, financial administration, digital systems, and organized day-to-day administration.
This full-time, permanent Administration & Operations Associate reports to the CEO and supports a provincial registered charity. The position contributes across governance, finance, communications, events, digital systems, and project administration. Greater Toronto Area candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO, leadership, and Board
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, calendars, and action items
Maintain confidential financial, legal, and organizational records
Assist with invoices, reconciliations, budgets, and financial tracking
Support events, training, inquiries, and website updates
Requirements:
Seven to ten years of progressive administrative or operations experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Strong Microsoft Office and design software proficiency
Quick Books, databases, and administrative financial process experience
Remote independence, communication, organization, discretion, and confidentiality
Bring governance support, Quick Books, communications, and operational coordination skills to EAPO’s mission serving older adults across Ontario.
