• Track open administrative items and follow up with the appropriate person before deadlines are missed.
• Maintain clear digital organization and handle routine information with discretion.

• Experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, coordinator, or similar support professional.
• Strong written communication, digital organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfort using calendars, email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate promptly when clarification is needed.
