Alberta Blue Cross® is seeking a work-from-home, temporary, full-time AADL Coordinator in Provider Services. You will handle provider inquiries and focus on submission troubleshooting and education related to the Alberta Aids to Daily Living program in a contact centre.
You will manage inbound/outbound calls, adhere to policies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate adjudication and claims processing, with an emphasis on exceptional customer experience.
