Executive Assistant; Fully Remote

• Manage executive calendars, emails, and meeting scheduling across time zones.
• Support EOS® rhythm including L10s, Quarterlies, and annual sessions with notes and action item tracking.
• Handle travel logistics, expense reporting, and client file organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of executive assistant or chief of staff experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Valid U.S. visa and reliable remote setup overlapping U.S. business hours.

Compensation & Process:

• Monthly salary range of USD $1,200 - $1,800 depending on seniority.
• Full-time contract through a payroll platform, working remotely for a client.
• Application process includes screening, profile review, and client interview.
