Offshore Launch is seeking a remote office manager to run the office end to end for a US-based plumbing-focused team. You will answer all customer calls and texts, own the dispatch board, and close out jobs, becoming the administrative backbone within 90 days.
You’ll handle call intake from a shared inbox, schedule dispatch, track jobs, follow up on estimates, and provide payroll support, permits, and daily reporting.
