Coordinate regional field work remotely from Ontario using scheduling, customer communication, and work-tracking skills. Support daily assignments across QSP Geographics Inc.

QSP seeks a full-time Work Management Clerk to schedule and plan regional jobs. You will manage permits, locates, work queues, technician assignments, and customer appointments. The position requires organized independent work, professional communication, and consistent service during high work volumes.

• Schedule daily and weekly work for customer crews and technicians
• Order and track municipal permits and locates
• Review regional queues and assign work orders
• Book customer appointments and provide timeline updates
• Prepare route sheets and next-day work orders

• Minimum two years of office-related experience
• Sound knowledge of standard PC software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently under pressure
