We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant in Edinburg, TX to provide administrative, reception, and clerical support.

Full-time, on-site in Edinburg, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, receptionist, and clerical support. Daily tasks may include answering phone calls, processing packages and mail, coordinating meetings and logistics, maintaining files and records, and assisting with general office operations. Effective communication and phone etiquette are essential.

• 2–4 years as an administrative assistant preferred, but not required
• Administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in civil or environmental engineering preferred, but not required
