Remote Virtual Executive Assistants support Zirtual clients with proactive operations, accurate task management, and responsive communication during agreed business hours.

In this position, you will manage multiple priorities while serving as a primary contact for assigned clients. Your responsibilities span business operations, project coordination, research, file organization, travel changes, and communication follow-up. An Account Supervisor provides relationship support, quality feedback, plan adjustments, and ongoing guidance.

• Support clients’ day-to-day business operations
• Coordinate project tasks, records, files, and data entry
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Manage communications and serve as a client liaison
• Send weekly usage reports and maintain detailed profiles

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Typing ability of at least 50 WPM accurately
• Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and phone
