Data Entry Specialist

Before a new system goes live, its records have to be right: supplier lists, cost centers, approval limits, employee data. Much of it reaches us in spreadsheets and PDFs. The Data Entry Specialist loads and checks those records so the system starts clean. Full-time and remote from anywhere in the United States.

• Enter and update records in client systems from spreadsheets, forms and scans
• Check entries against source documents and fix mismatches
• Clean duplicate and incomplete records before migration
• Log every batch you load and what still needs an answer
• Enter sample records to help test forms and imports

• Some experience in data entry, office work or records administration (internships included)
• Fast, accurate typing
• Excel: filters and simple formulas
