VORTEX INDUSTRIES, LLC is seeking a Part-time Customer Portal Administrator to support nationwide Service Centers and invoice processing via customer portals. You will audit, train, and optimize invoicing, helping branch offices bill correctly and get paid faster.
You’ll leverage Salesforce, Excel, and multiple portals (Service Channel, Corrigo, Coupa, Ariba, Ecotrak, Office Trax) to improve operations, with a flexible remote or on-site location up to 30 hours per week.
