From our state‑of‑the‑art facility in downtown Winston‑Salem, our team handles sales inquiries and service appointment scheduling with the highest level of professionalism and care.

We’re hiring Automotive Customer Service & Sales Agents to connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and text. Whether you're coming from hospitality, retail, tech support, call centers, or another customer‑facing field, our comprehensive paid training will set you up for success.

• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email)
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customized vehicle sales or service solutions
• Set high–quality appointments for vehicle purchases or service visits
• Use CRM tools to build customer profiles, provide price quotes, and document interactions
• Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
• Work on‑site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, goal‑oriented work ethic with a desire to grow earnings through performance
• Comfort navigating CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Ability to think critically and match products or services to customer needs
• Team player with a professional presence and proactive attitude
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• No automotive experience required – we train for success!
