• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
• Specialize in providing expert assistance on automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.
• Participate in an initial training program to develop skills for effective remote support.
• Utilize technical experience to resolve vehicle repair issues and provide guidance to field techs.
• Maintain reliable adherence to scheduled shifts, as some tasks are time-sensitive.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers.

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong typing skills.
