What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Utilize technical experience to assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems to provide expert assistance on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Participate in an initial training program designed to prepare you for supporting field technicians from a home office.
• Access continuous support and resources, including guidance from experienced consultants and leaders.
• Adhere to a reliable work schedule, as some queries are time-sensitive.

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct interaction with customers.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing skills.
