With nearly 200 employees across our dealerships, reconditioning facilities, and customer service center, OKCARZ has earned its reputation as Florida’s preferred automotive financing dealership. Floating managers travel the store from Tampa to Bradenton.

$75,000 – $90,000 per year

• Assisting the sales team with customer applications and approvals.
• Guiding guests in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
• Structuring deals, completing paperwork, and finalizing sales.
• Managing and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
• Leading sales meetings and training sessions.
• Coaching and developing staff for continuous improvement.
• Overseeing CRM lead distribution, follow-up, and audits.
• Ensuring top‑tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Handling cash transactions and providing home office support.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Proven leadership and management experience (automotive preferred).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and self‑motivated attitude.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
