Our Service Managers lead, coach, and motivate the team of Service and Tire Technicians for their store, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and outstanding customer service!

• Lead the Service Technician and Tire Technician team, including evaluating performance, providing training, and assisting with hiring, discipline, and termination.
• Monitor and manage the workflow in service bays and keep sales staff informed on wait times.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the shop and customers.
• Ensure every vehicle has been inspected for needed services, appropriate recommendations are given, and customers are satisfied with the services performed.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure all safety policies are followed.
• Meet or exceed Tire Discounters performance standards for quality and speed of service.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continually reinforce that the customer is our highest priority.
• Promote company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Partner with sales staff as needed to assist customers and help with other tasks.

Our Service Managers have earning potential of $80,000+ annually with base hourly rate, overtime, monthly SPIFFs and monthly bonus opportunities factored in.

• Previous mechanic experience or experience working in automotive service and repair. (ASE Certifications are preferred but not required)
• Prior management/supervisory experience – effective at coaching, motivating, and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great organization and multi‑tasking capabilities.
• Strong work ethic, drive and goal orientation.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age.
• We are focused on safety, but Service Managers should be comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.
