• Provide accurate, timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Inspect and repair customers’ vehicles to ensure they are in accordance with state requirements.
• Promote a company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assist other teammates with tasks as needed to consistently deliver a wow experience.

• Minimum two years of automotive repair experience tramp? (ASE certifications are preferred but not required.)
• Must have a valid Virginia Inspector license.
• Must have at least one year of experience as a Virginia State Inspector.
• Must own tools (we offer a great tool purchase program).
• Capable of operating machines and equipment used in the automotive mechanic trade; diagnostic scanner experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑pacedυ environment and consistently follow store policies and procedures.
• Desire and ability to work in a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• We are focused on safety, but Service Techs should be comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.

Pay
: $40,000 – $100,000+ effective rate

Our Service Technicians are paid an hourly rate plus commission on all labor—with no cap on commission. The starting hourly rate depends on experience level and ASE certifications. Our pay plan is the best in the industry, with potential to earn $40,000 – $100,000 annually factoring in overtime and commissions.
