Responsibilities Repair or replace vehicle glass with the utmost skill and care using industry‑leading tools
Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera
Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, ensuring company quality procedures are complied with
Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement
Maintain proper tool upkeep and use safety equipment as required
Work within company productivity targets and maintain productivity standards
Represent customer interests in internal procedures, providing feedback and keeping customers informed of work progress
Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales through add‑on products and further develop business opportunities
Display a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and foster genuine relationships with customers and team members
Requirements Eager and motivated to learn
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed
Valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 not considered full driver’s license)
Ability to drive company vehicle independently to client sites as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset
Exceptional attention to detail, results‑oriented, team player able to multi‑task
Good problem‑solving and communication skills
Available to work a flexible schedule and willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near home, when required
