Mobile Vehicle Technician providing servicing, maintenance and repair, via prebooked appointments, at customers home address or place of work. This is a new and specialist division for the number one national breakdown company in the UK, with over 15 million members.

Shift and schedule for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:
Home based, working 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am – 8PM, working 1 in 4 Saturdays.
1 day of overtime per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days of overtime per month = £5,000 additional per year, completely optional – more flexibility, more reward.

- Servicing and repairing vehicles (including EVs) customer selected location e.g. driveway, office car park.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Payment handling through card transactions.
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles. Either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.
- The ability to work independently, make decisions on the go, and follow procedures.

- Must have a full UK driving licence - max 6 points, no bans
