• Provide expert remote diagnostic support to field technicians encountering complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze diagnostic data, fault codes, and sensor readings to pinpoint root causes of malfunctions.
• Develop and document troubleshooting guides and best practices for common and rare vehicle problems.
• Collaborate with engineers and product development teams to provide feedback on vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
• Utilize remote diagnostic software and telematics systems to access vehicle data in real-time.
• Stay current with emerging automotive technologies, particularly in electronics and software diagnostics.

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Specialist or Master Technician with a focus on diagnostics.
• Proficiency with a wide array of automotive diagnostic software, hardware, and scan tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronic control units (ECUs), CAN bus systems, and data networks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in providing technical support or remote assistance is highly desirable.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., ASE Advanced Engine Performance Specialist) are preferred.
