• Perform advanced diagnostic tests on all vehicle systems, including engine management, emissions, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Interpret complex diagnostic data and fault codes to pinpoint issues accurately.
• Generate detailed repair proposals and communicate findings effectively to remote service advisors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques, recalls, and manufacturer updates.
• Provide remote technical assistance and mentorship to colleagues as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle software and electronic control units (ECUs).

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a specialized Automotive Diagnostic Technician .
• Proficiency with a wide array of OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools and software.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems, and engine control strategies.
• Relevant certifications, such as advanced ASE certifications in specific areas, are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
