You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop by maintaining optimal stock levels and identifying the correct parts for diverse vehicle models.
This position offers a blend of on-site responsibilities and potential for remote coordination, perfect for an individual who enjoys a structured yet adaptable work environment.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all automotive parts and accessories.
- Source high-quality parts from a network of trusted suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Assist technicians and customers in identifying and selecting the correct replacement parts for various vehicle makes and models.
- Process part orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to meet operational demands.
- Conduct regular stock takes and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and waste.
- Stay updated on new automotive parts and technology trends to advise the team effectively.
- Proven experience in automotive parts management or a similar inventory control role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive components, systems, and common replacement parts.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
