• Utilize comprehensive parts catalogs, databases, and diagnostic tools to accurately identify required parts based on vehicle specifications and customer descriptions.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately, coordinating with inventory and logistics teams for fulfillment.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance on part compatibility and installation where applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, parts orders, and inquiries within the CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant parts and accessories to meet customer needs.

• Proven experience in an automotive parts department, dealership, or aftermarket supplier role.
