About the roleWe are seeking a driven Account Development Manager to lead our Enterprise ADR team. You will thrive in a high‑energy environment, coach early‑career team members, and continuously improve prospecting and lead generation processes.
LocationHybrid position in our Phoenix office. Work from the office Tues‑Thu, with remote work on other days.
In this role, you will:- Manage and motivate a team of Enterprise Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed goals through coaching and development
- Leverage tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and AI dashboards to elevate ADR performance
- Recruit, hire, and onboard ADRs effectively, equipping them with required tools for success
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Pipeline Programs) to optimize pipeline and drive revenue
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles—Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team—as we scale globally
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 1+ year of managing a sales development or equivalent team with heavy outbound experience
- Strategic problem‑solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and Gong
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
- Management experience in SaaS or IoT space
- Ability to work from our Phoenix/Tempe office 3 days per week
$149,240—$170,560 USD
