Sales Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our go‑to‑market teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining clean data, and driving process improvements within a fast‑growing AI‑powered SaaS company.
What You’ll Be Doing- Manage Salesforce and Hub Spot administration, support automation design (including AI tools), and provide reporting and analysis to improve performance.
- Support enablement, training, and special projects to help the business scale.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce and Hub Spot; design and support workflow automations; troubleshoot issues; support AI‑based tools (e.g., AI SDRs).
- Manage recurring tasks, ensure pipeline data accuracy, build dashboards; assist weekly sales reporting; coordinate logistics for prospecting events and conferences.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives, manage timelines, align stakeholders.
- Ensure the sales team has the latest product updates, case studies, and campaign assets; support onboarding and adoption of best practices.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and support decision‑making.
- Source and pre‑qualify sales candidates; coordinate intro calls with sales leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, revenue, or marketing operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Hub Spot (required).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with AI sales tools (e.g., AI SDRs, Apollo).
