Description:
We are hiring motivated and professional Mobile Notaries to provide document notarization services to our growing client base. As a mobile notary, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule while helping clients with important transactions.
Duties Include:
Traveling to client locations for notarizations. Facilitating real estate closings and other document signings. Following all state and federal notary regulations. Building rapport with clients to ensure a positive signing experience.
Requirements:
Current notary public commission. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Access to a dual-tray printer and scanner. Smartphone or tablet for communication and scheduling. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
