Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Professional to join our team in the Triad area of North Carolina. This role combines outside sales, relationship management, and strategic business development. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our internal team to provide tailored furniture solutions.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and client consultations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in commercial furniture, interiors, or related industries.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required — we value experience, results, and ambition.
