引领中东地区客户开发，制定客户发展策略，识别潜在客户，实现年度销售目标。
客户关系维护：

2. 跨境订单执行和风控
全流程管理：
主导询盘、报价、合同谈判、物流协调、售后支持等处理。熟悉国际贸易条款（FOB、CIF）和支付方式（信用证、T/T），避免汇率波动、政策变化等风险。
合规管理：
确保出口产品符合市场法规（如中国出口管制规则、欧盟CE认证、美国FCC认证），并跟踪国际政策的变化。
3. 市场洞察与战略制定
行业分析：
收集竞争对手动态和客户需求信息，为公司产品优化提供建议。
品牌推广：

本科及以上学历，自动化/控制科学与工程、仪器科学与技术、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2.
工作经验：
3-5年以上行业销售经验，或2-3年以上惯性导航产品销售经验。需要熟悉行业市场和销售渠道;具有一定客户资源的候选人优先。
3.专业知识：
熟悉行业市场特点、销售流程、客户采购决策机制。具有丰富行业客户资源和深度关系网络的人优先;需要了解行业项目作流程、相关政策、法规和工作程序。
4.外贸
经验：
3年以上传感器及智能装备零部件行业外贸经验，有开发海外大客户的成功案例，熟悉跨境电商平台。
5.语言和跨文化沟通能力：
英语熟练（英语六级或雅思6.5+），精通目标市场小语种（如阿拉伯语）的候选人优先考虑。需要熟悉欧美、中东等地区的商业文化和谈判风格。
6.国际商业知识：
掌握国际贸易法规（如WTO规则、中国禁止或限制出口技术目录），具备国际市场定价策略和汇率风险管理能力。
