Business Coordinator - Limited Term Remote

• Salary range of $28.00 to $46.00 per hour, with a target range of $35.50 to $40.00 per hour

• Coordinate administrative aspects of assigned projects, including reporting, data entry, and vendor coordination
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support customer performance and profitability targets
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and service order aging KPIs
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in regional delivery
• Provide administrative support, including vendor onboarding and travel arrangements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2–4 years of relevant business administration experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, budget planning, and procurement processes
• Experience in project management, inventory management, and data analysis
• Ability to work within budget constraints and follow fiscal policies

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Ariba, and/or SAP
• Familiarity with electrical generation processes
