About the Role- Engage with DEI and Talent Acquisition teams within enterprise companies to provide solutions that improve the hiring and retention of diverse talent – especially among black professionals.
- Generate new revenue by:
- Partnering closely with leaders of the Hearty and Black Achievers teams already in warm conversations with clients (handoff).
- Building relationships with key leaders in local Black Achievers geographic markets.
- Conducting new cold and warm outreach, with support from the Hearty Collectives team and software solutions.
- Mid‑to‑senior level experience selling to enterprise customers. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders over a long period, win and grow business as a trusted partner.
- Experience with in an early‑stage company, on an innovative product, and/or on a small team. Comfortable figuring things out when needed and functioning with minimal support.
- Personal experience with the challenges of being an under‑represented minority and a passion for the cause.
- High‑energy, self‑starter, accustomed to meeting a quota and handling rejection.
- Excellent follow‑ups, accurate CRM management, and strong professional references.
- Preferably based in the Cincinnati area (remote work with in‑person meetings at a downtown shared office at least weekly). Some travel required.
