You will serve as the operational backbone of our GTM strategy, optimizing the processes, systems and data that enable Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to execute effectively. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, ensuring our GTM engine is efficient, scalable and aligned with revenue goals.

• Design, implement and continuously improve scalable GTM processes, including lead‑to‑cash, territory planning, lead routing and sales forecasting.
• Own and optimise the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), ensuring seamless integration, data integrity and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reports to track GTM performance, analyse trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product leaders, driving cross‑functional projects and ensuring alignment on GTM initiatives, rules of engagement and strategic priorities.
• Support annual GTM planning, including territory design, spend setting and headcount modelling, to ensure the company is positioned for successful growth.

• 5‑8+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. 2+ years in a fast‑growing startup is a must.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to create low‑code automations and understand systems configuration and integrations.
• Proven analytical mindset: ability to analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Process‑oriented, with a track record of building, documenting and improving scalable operational processes.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, able to lead and influence across multiple functions and levels.
