Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

The Data Quality Officer (Volunteer) ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within an organization. They implement data quality standards, monitor compliance, and support data-driven decision-making by maintaining high-quality data assets.

• Conduct regular audits of data to evaluate its accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Perform data profiling to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and flag errors or inconsistencies in data entries, including duplicates, missing values, and incorrect formats.
• Implement processes to correct identified data issues and ensure adherence to data quality standards.
• Work closely with the Document-related Departments to address data quality issues and implement improvements.
• Provide feedback to the Document-related Departments on data quality processes and suggest enhancements.
• Ensure data quality practices align with organizational policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for data quality audits to demonstrate compliance with standards.

• A degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Excellent or very good English written and verbal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Essential understanding of data quality principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data auditing and cleansing techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to data management is a plus.
