The targeted hiring range for this full‑time position is $87, depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships to support efficient, cost‑effective sourcing across the organization. This role drives strategic sourcing initiatives, mitigates supply risks, and ensures supplier performance aligns with company goals. It requires cross‑functional collaboration with procurement, product development, and quality teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and manage a reliable, competitive supplier base for sourcing needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with key suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively address supply challenges.
• Identify cost savings and manage pricing strategies.
• Evaluate suppliers through site visits and performance assessments.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve critical supply issues.
• Improve supplier performance using scorecards and internal feedback.
• Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Expedite back‑ordered items to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct site visits as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Office environment, sitting for long periods of time.
• Frequent use of computer, keyboard, mouse and camera.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Primarily in an office / home environment.
• Some exposure to Warehouse and Manufacturing environments.
• Under 20% travel to supplier locations.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation.
• Strong track record in cost management and supplier performance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Experience with MRP (Infor M3 preferred).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Primarily operates in an office environment that requires frequent typing and manual dexterity for computer use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Hyflex. Time is split between office and remote work. Occasional travel required.
